Returns Policy

It's OK to change your mind. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase all you need to do is to contact us within 7 days from reciept of your order to arrange a return or an exchange. Regretfully we cannot accept returns for items that have been personalised.

Return Checklist

1. Call our customer services team on 0845 299 0361 and provide us with your order number and reason for return
2. Items must be sent by recorded delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
3. For an extra charge we can have the item picked up by our own courier.
4. Please ensure that items are packed in the same way you recieved them for a safe passage, refunds cannot be accepted for items that have been poorly packed.
5. Please note that only the cost of goods will be refunded not the cost of of shipping unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
6. Once we have recieved your goods wback here we will issue the refund
